Kansas Mentors Gold Star Program

The Kansas Mentors Gold Star program was developed in an effort to provide a safe and effective mentoring environment for the youth of Kansas. Developed by the Kansas Mentors Council of Mentors, these standards reflect guidelines set forth in the National Mentoring Partnership’s Elements of Effective Practice.

Kansas Mentors encourages all Mentoring Partners to apply for recognition as a Gold Star program.  Click here for more information about registering as a Gold Star program.

Kansas Mentors Gold Star Program launched in August 2008.  We are in the process of adding new organizations weekly.

The programs are categorized by school-based (s), community-based (c), and faith-based (f) organizations.
