MentorMap, http://www.MentorMap.org, supported by YouthFriends, provides the technical assistance needed to launch and sustain safe and effective school-based mentoring efforts that meet national best practice standards. This site contains many tools that would be useful to organizations starting or sustaining school-based mentoring efforts. 

MENTOR/National Mentoring Partnership, www.mentoring.org  serves as a resource for mentoring initiatives nationwide. This site provides a step-by-step toolkit, which includes the Elements of Effective Practice™ for program managers.

The National Mentoring Center, http://www.nwrel.org/mentoring/, offers a wide variety of publications and training materials to programs and mentoring professionals. All publications are available for download on this website.
